We work with adults who are experiencing difficulties. Issues that we commonly work with include anxiety and fears, low mood and depression, trauma, sleep difficulties, confidence, and coping with physical heath conditions.
We are trained to use a range of psychological therapy models, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Systemic Therapy. Therapy choice is made in collaboration with you, and depends on your needs and wishes, and the evidence for particular approaches.

We have a range of training packages designed to develop psychological knowledge and skills in your team. We also offer a bespoke training service, where we can work with you to develop training about a specific issue or for a particular context.
Psychological approaches can offer much in the coaching domain. We apply evidence-based models to help you to identify future directions, overcome potential barriers and optimise progression.
- Consultation, supervision and mentoring
We offer individual and group supervision for those working in psychosocial professions.
We also offer reflective practice to professional teams to help process and manage the psychological impact of their work.
In addition to our training packages, we offer consultation to individuals, teams and organisations to help promote psychological wellbeing in the workplace.
